Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

. Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposal, costing and plans coordinate with management for project execution.

. Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.

. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project director& managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

. Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates.

. Oversee installation of mechanical systems

. Review M&E drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

. Prepare project schedules and work plans for M&E activities.

. Supervise installation of M&E systems

. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and standards.

. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

. Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for M&E works.

. Monitor material usage and control project costs

. Conduct site survey to verify site installations and as-built documents when necessary.

. Support on company's tendering activities actively to bring in new sales.

. Ensure all works meet quality standards and project specifications.

. Hands-on experience in process plant construction (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Pharmaceutical).

. Implement QA/QC procedures for process plant construction.

. Conduct inspections for:

. Piping installation and welding

. Equipment installation and alignment

Requirements:

. Excellent knowledgeof design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.

. Abilityto work with multiple discipline projects.

. Developing specifications for the project's neededequipment.

. Excellent interpersonal, written and oralcommunication skills.

. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating thenecessary corrective actions.

. Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience inSingapore.

. Familiar with project management and site coordination.

. Experience in EPC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects preferred.

. Wiling to work at site full time as when needed.

. Wiling to relocate based on customer sites requirements.

. Must be either Mechanical or Electrical background.
