Planning , co-ordination , prepare risk assessment and method of statement
Responsible for coordinating interaction between the sales team and other departments to ensure that issues affecting the implementation projects are effectively resolved
Follow projects progress and coordinating between sales, technical department and customers
Handle overall planning and implementation of project management to ensure timely delivery
Preparation and submission of drawings or documents
Monitor site progress and arrangement of work activities
Attend co-ordination meeting
Prepare progress report, project claims and relevant documents for monthly event
Liaise with contractors and supplier
Assist in supervision of project sites
Liaise with customer in regards to all site matters and attend meetings if required
Responsible for monitoring daily progress and process at the project site
Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/ standards are followed
Co-ordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant parties
Other duties as assigned
Prefer with electrical knowledge background
Work in West area
Job Requirements
At least 2 years experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with people of all levels
Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be a team player
Good communication skill and able to liaise with M&E co-ordinator and contractors
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
