Review, monitor, and update detailed work progress and on-site construction schedules with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Coordinate and manage assigned project activities with engineers, project owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure timely completion of works while maintaining cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications, and required engineering documentation and technical drawings.
Interpret and review General Arrangement (GA) drawings, schematic layouts, and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).
Prepare basic isometric drawings and P&ID layouts using AutoCAD 2D.
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project execution, including schedule, scope, cost, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in accordance with company and client requirements.
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
Relevant experience in Semiconductor, Microelectronics, Cleanroom Factory Automation, or Basebuild Fab construction is preferred.
Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
Tool installation and utilities hook-up works
Basebuild projects involving Chemical, Waste Chemical, and Slurry Systems
Ultra-Pure Piping (UHP), tubing components, and cleanroom utilities installation, including:
Chemical, Waste Chemical & Slurry Distribution Systems
Bulk and Specialty Gas Systems
Exhaust, UPW, PCW, Drainage, Electrical, and Hi-Vacuum systems
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office, especially Excel for progress tracking and reporting.
Proactive team player with a positive learning attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
Able to adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
