Job Description

  • Coordinate and support project execution from planning to completion
  • Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, including lifting layouts, site plans, and coordination drawings
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams
  • Attend and document project, coordination, and site meetings
  • Assist in planning and submission for crane operations and lifting works
  • Maintain accurate project documentation: method statements, lifting plans, permits, and correspondence
  • Track submissions, approvals, and variation orders
  • Monitor site progress and assist in resolving coordination or technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and project requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management
