Job Summary
You will lead site surveys, coordinate site meetings, and manage work progress to ensure timely project completion in road construction. You will oversee team workers and apply technical knowledge to interpret road line marking drawings effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site surveys to assess project requirements and conditions
- Lead and participate in site meetings to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Monitor and follow up on work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines
- Manage and coordinate team workers to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines
- Interpret and apply road line marking drawings to guide construction activities accurately
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD to document and communicate project information
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance in all project tasks
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the road construction industry in Singapore
