We are looking for Technician / Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineer. Title will be offer based on relevant experience or education.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Management

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for precision engineering/manufacturing projects (e.g., aerospace components, industrial machinery)

Develop project timelines, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans

Monitor critical path activities and mitigate project risks

Technical Coordination

Liaise between Engineering, Production, and QA teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability

Oversee prototyping, testing, and production ramp-up

Resolve technical issues during NPI (New Product Introduction)

Cost & Budget Control

Track project expenditures vs. budget

Identify cost-saving opportunities (material, process efficiency)

Prepare ROI analysis for capital equipment investments

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary technical contact for clients

Conduct project review meetings and deliver progress reports

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain project documentation (FAI, PPAP, DFMEA)

Ensure adherence to ISO/AS9100 requirements

Support audits and regulatory submissions

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

Bachelor's in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing Engineering

3+ years in project engineering within precision manufacturing

Proficient in:

Project management tools (MS Project, JIRA)

CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
