OverallJob Objectives: Assists the PM to oversee the construction activities, progress, planning, implementing, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme.
CoreResponsibilities:
1. Study & review technical drawings and coordinate works with the consultants, sub-contractors as well as project structural & Architectural colleagues team to resolve any technical / site issues/ discrepancies
2. To carry out site supervision on technical works and arrange inspection with RTO
3. To supervise technical subcon works and ensure subcontractors progress in accordance to schedule set
4. Arrange all the technical-related T&C Works
5. Ensure timely production and submission of shop drawings, materials submission and method statements. All shop drawings, materials and method statement are to be approved before use
Highlight and advise the project staff on theinterfacing of technical services and the building works.
Job Specifications:
1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings
3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
