Job Overview

We are looking for a driven, responsible, and meticulous Project Engineer to join our team. This role handles end-to-end project coordination, client presentations, and technical liaison. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be fully provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a high-potential individual looking for a clean slate to build a long-term project management career.

Key Responsibilities

. Project Management & Coordination: Manage daily project workflows, coordinate delivery and installation schedules, and facilitate smooth communication between clients, vendors, internal teams and local authorities.

. Project Tracking & Scheduling:Develop and maintain comprehensive work schedules, analytical charts, and S-Curve project management tools to track progress, timelines, and project health.

. Technical Support & Liaison: Act as the core technical point of contact to liaise between clients, product manufacturers, and our internal technical team. (Note: This role focuses on engineering coordination and communication, rather than hands-on troubleshooting).

. Presentations & Communication: Confidently develop and conduct PowerPoint presentations for internal alignments, client briefings, or project updates.

. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized project files, update progress tracking sheets (Excel), and compile clear project updates.

Job Pre requisites & Qualifications

. Educational Background: Diploma from a local Polytechnic in an Engineering discipline.

. Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or individuals with up to 2-3 years of experience. A strong aptitude for fast learning is essential.

. Technical& Computer Literacy:

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must be adept at utilizing Excel for creating project charts, schedules, and tracking tools (e.g., S-Curves).

Basic knowledge or proficiency in AutoCAD is a strong bonus (for reviewing kitchen floor plans and equipment layouts).

. Soft Skills: Meticulous, detail-oriented, dependable, mature and possesses good interpersonal skills.
