PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare construction schedules to ensure project milestones are met
• Supervise and control on-site work activities to maintain quality and safety standards
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports to track project progress and issues
• Manage all administrative processes related to the project, including compiling final handover documentation
• Undertake additional duties assigned by the Head of Department to support project objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in construction works, with preference for structural steel project experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills demonstrated through project coordination
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills applied to resolve project challenges

Working Hours:

• 5.5 day work week, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:25pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm (Alternate Saturdays off)
