Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. As a
Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring engineering projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role serves as a key interface between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Be Part of Our Success
Project Planning & Management
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor project costs and budget utilization.
- Ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations and technical specifications.
Engineering & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate system design, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
- Ensure technical solutions meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to project team members.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Manage customer expectations and address technical concerns promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project plans, reports, test procedures, manuals, and progress presentations.
- Maintain project records and configuration documentation.
- Support design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Support quality assurance and risk management activities.
- Ensure workplace safety during project execution.
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Marine, Industrial, or related discipline).
- Experience in system integration, testing, commissioning, or project management is advantageous.
- Project planning and scheduling.

- Familiarity with engineering software and Microsoft Office.

- Experience in systems engineering and integration (for Defence / Maritime Programs)
- Familiarity with FAT, SAT, IR, CDR, and OSAT processes.
- Knowledge of naval, maritime, autonomous systems, or defense projects.
- Understanding of contract management, change management, and configuration control.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, authorities, and subcontractors. (e.g., DSTA, RSN, vendors)
- Singaporean only.
