Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project installation and engineering personnel mobilization to ensure timely job progress
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, main and sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve project implementation issues
- Manage site activities, vendors, and sub-contractors to meet project milestones and ensure prompt delivery
- Plan, supervise, and control project operations including cost management, re-estimates, manpower planning, and work scheduling
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners to support project success
- Update and report all operational issues monthly to relevant stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of uninterruptible power supplies or standby generators
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and take initiative to foster customer relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation
- Commitment to teamwork, results orientation, and assertiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- ITC, Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
