Job Summary
You will lead project engineering and quantity surveying activities to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective execution of construction projects. Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors to drive quality, safety, and progress reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project micro plans to achieve overall project schedules
- Monitor project activities and identify discrepancies in drawings to ensure alignment with design specifications
- Coordinate effectively with architects, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution
- Oversee all structural and architectural works to maintain quality and compliance with standards
- Conduct inspections during casting processes to verify workmanship and materials
- Implement and enforce safety measures on-site while preparing accurate progress reports for stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain master programmes to track project milestones and deliverables
- Prepare detailed cost estimations and bills of quantities to support budgeting and financial planning
- Manage tendering and procurement processes to secure competitive and compliant subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Prepare and evaluate progress claims to ensure accurate and timely payments
