Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner.
• Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers.
• Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers.
• Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
• Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base.
• Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
• To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordination.
• Help meet department's financial goals by recommending upgrades/spares to customers as deemed necessary.
• Help meet department's productivity targets by reducing costs and improve productivity.
• Quoting of service pricing for repair.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in related industry.

Required Skills

• Project Management.
• Product Knowledge Skills & exposed to CAD-BIM.
• Able to lead a team, make decisions & work under tight timeline.
• Proactive to update & follow up on progress of tasks.
