Job Summary
You will independently manage M&E projects by overseeing budget, planning, scheduling, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Lead cross-functional coordination among clients, project teams, and subcontractors to drive smooth implementation and timely progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and budgeting to deliver M&E projects within scope, schedule, and cost targets
- Organize and facilitate meetings to coordinate stakeholders including clients, project teams, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and technical submissions to support project compliance and quality
- Manage on-site activities by arranging manpower and materials to meet project requirements and timelines
- Issue RFQs and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery schedules
- Systematically manage engineering and project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Monitor project progress and certify completed work to support timely payment claims
- Participate in tender preparation and develop technical proposals to support business development efforts
- Lead and motivate the project team to perform work safely and efficiently
- Execute other ad-hoc assignments as required to support project and organizational objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of workforce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive project outcomes
