Your impact
We are looking to hire a Project Engineer to be part of our Water team working on exciting Sewer upgrading projects across Singapore. Jacobs role is The Client's Representative for contract supervision works.
Main duties
- Working with the Project Manager on contract management, carrying out site supervision of contractors teams
- Enter the manhole or sewer for inspection when necessary
- Review Contractor submissions and assess progress claims with QS.
- Manage and work closely with RTOs, STOs, WSHOs and PROs assigned to the project
- Systematically manage and update daily data on all records pertaining to the programme.
Here's what you'll need
To be a successful candidate you shall possess
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in civil/environmental engineering
- Experience in site supervision for civil engineering work, including a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sewerage projects
- Certification in WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation (previously known as Safety Instruction Course for Supervisors Manhole (SIC)) will be an added advantage.
- Certification either under WRc Sewer Pipeline Assessment and Certification Programme, SgSTT's Pipeline Assessment Certification Programme, or WSQ Certified Used Water Collection Technician will be an added advantage.
