Project Engineer/ Senior Project Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects
• Manage a team of site supervisors and subcontractors to coordinate all aspects of project delivery
• Collaborate with clients, architects, main contractors, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address any issues or changes
• Ensure project activities adhere to all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track
• Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for management and clients
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the project team

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer in the lift and escalator industry
• Minimum degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Ideally possesses a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity conducted by BCA Academy
• Proven track record in successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of lift installation projects
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, installation processes, and safety standards
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
