Project Engineer(Semiconductor / Cleanroom / UHP Utility Hookup)

Responsibilities

• Execute Ultra-High Purity (UHP) gas, bulk chemical, Process Cooling Water (PCW), exhaust/scrubber, and DI water hookups for semiconductor fabs and cleanroom facilities.
• Supervise daily site installations from base-build connection points to tool interfaces.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site manpower to ensure project schedules are met.
• Oversee UHP orbital welding and mechanical utility installations.
• Perform quality testing, including helium leak testing, particle counting, pressure testing, and analytical verification.
• Manage IFC and As-Built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, and tool layouts.
• Prepare technical proposals, tender costing, and commercial submissions.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, Risk Assessment, bizSAFE STAR, and applicable ISO standards.
• Coordinate with clients, tool vendors, and subcontractors throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or UHP utility projects is preferred.
