About the Role
Join our team as a Project Engineer supporting the delivery of integrated security system projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor installations, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems. This role involves hands-on technical coordination, site support, documentation, and collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of security system projects.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
- Conduct site surveys and gather necessary technical data.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and commissioning of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide technical support to installation teams and address on-site issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Assist in troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security systems or related areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Project, MS Team and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of ELV / security systems (CCTV, EACS, IDS, PA and Fire Alarm) and M&E works.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
