Job Description

Job Summary

Coordinate engineering and installation activities for projects by preparing IFC drawings, specifications, and safety documentation. Monitor site installation to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements while supporting the project management team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively with the main contractor's project and engineering teams to align project objectives
  • Prepare Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, detailed specifications, and project requirements to guide installation
  • Develop Method of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessments (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) to ensure site safety and compliance
  • Communicate clearly with installation team supervisors to facilitate smooth execution of installation works
  • Monitor installation progress on site and report status, issues, and compliance to the Project Manager (PM)
  • Provide on-site technical support to resolve issues and ensure adherence to relevant codes and project standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Experience working on pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or Oil & Gas projects
