Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
• Supervise and monitor site works to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues proactively to maintain project progress
• Prepare detailed progress reports, site records, and meeting minutes for project documentation
• Enforce workplace safety and regulatory compliance on site to uphold safety standards
• Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget through effective collaboration

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by PE Board
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in A&A, ID, or new build projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works and construction methods
• Proficient in using project and site management tools
• Demonstrated coordination and problem-solving skills in construction project contexts
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
