Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Assist in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Identify and resolve technical and site issues, escalating where necessary
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, site records, and meeting minutes
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
- Support the Project Manager and senior engineers in achieving project goals

What We're Looking For
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognised by the PE Board
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in project/site engineering in A&A / New Build projects
- Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural works, construction methods, and regulations
- Good project coordination and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in project/site management tools and software
- A team player with initiative and willingness to take responsibility
