- Manage and plant for the daily operation of MEP installation
- Lead a team of technicians, supervisors and engineers for all on-site technical and engineering matters to ensure on-time project delivery on ACMV projects accordingly to the planned schedule.
- To interpret shop drawings & communicate with all site personnel and Investigate, analyses and determine root cause for breakdowns and faults to resolve of the problem on project site.
- Overall planning and controlling of the cost of project execution
- Co-ordinate with all the sub-contractor and suppliers on the entire project Implementation issue and attend site meeting
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Min 3 year(s) of working experienced and equipped with knowledge in MEP Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection) in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong on overall coordination and implementation of all disciplines.
