PROJECT ENGINEER (plumbing & sanitary)

Responsibilities:

. Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary installation work to meet the project schedule.

. To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications

. Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,

. Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.

. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

. Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

. Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage.

. Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
