Project Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Job Requirements:

. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

. Minimum 2 years in plumbing and sanitary experience in local construction industry

. Autocad skills, Microsoft Project & basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)

. Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team

. Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

. To assist the Project Director/Manager in plumbing and sanitary planning and supervision works

. To assist the Project Director/Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects

. To assist the Project Director/Manager to resolve any site issues

. To ensure the project is delivered on time to meet the client's requirements

. To co-ordinate sub-contract works if needed

. To prepare, submit and monitor progress claims and certificates

. To assist in cost engineering for tender.
