Seeking a hands-on Senior Project Engineer to deliver PLC/SCADA projects end-to-end-from concept and design through integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. The role requires strong industrial automation experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering design, system integration, testing, commissioning, and project handover
- Develop prototypes and conduct FAT/SAT support on-site commissioning
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to meet timelines
- Execute factory and site testing activities
- Perform PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and system implementation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements
- Manage program changes, hardware deployment, version control, and documentation
- Implement solutions from concept through deployment across PLC/SCADA platforms
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and support client discussions
- Troubleshoot systems, diagnose faults, and resolve issues independently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA and industrial automation
- Experience in Safety PLC programming
- Proficient in Siemens and Schneider PLCs
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
