Job Description

Join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment where innovation, engineering excellence, and process improvement come together. We are seeking a Project Engineer to support engineering change initiatives and drive impactful improvements across manufacturing and automation systems.

This role is ideal for candidates with a Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Bioengineering, or Electrical Engineering background who enjoy problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and working in a highly regulated production environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support and coordinate engineering change activities for manufacturing and plant systems
  • Work closely with Automation, Manufacturing, Validation, Quality, and Engineering teams on user-driven improvement projects
  • Manage and support change control activities, ensuring timely implementation and closure
  • Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to ensure systems and processes remain compliant, efficient, and fit-for-purpose
  • Troubleshoot technical and equipment-related issues, recommend corrective actions, and drive resolutions
  • Participate in process safety assessments and risk identification activities
  • Ensure proper engineering documentation and traceability are maintained in compliance with GMP standards
  • Provide technical guidance and training to end users when required

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Bioengineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, GMP, or manufacturing environments will be advantageous
  • Exposure to change control systems such as TrackWise, Kneat, or similar platforms is beneficial
  • Understanding of manufacturing equipment, plant engineering, or process improvement projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams
