Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee project scope, resources (labour, materials, equipment), and timelines, ensuring efficient delivery and minimizing waste.
- Technical Management: Handle the technical design, installation, and integration of systems, often involving automation, rigging, or electrical/security systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal purchasing departments.
- Subcontractor Supervision: Monitor subcontractor performance and assign work.
- Contract Administration: Manage claims, disputes, variations, and final accounts.
- Quality & Handover: Ensure projects meet standards and facilitate smooth handover to customers.
Typical Skills & Experience
- Education: Engineering degree (Electrical, Computer, Infocomm) or relevant diploma.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. E.g: In automation, security systems (surveillance, access control), or industrial controls.
