General Scope of Work
The incumbent will manage the full cycle of the project from coordination to handover, serving as a focal point of all the stakeholders in the projects - externally and internally - ensuring the projects are managed well from perspective of quality, safety, financial, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety - Ensure Otis Safety Requirements work compliance (OSS) pertaining to work activities are being adhered to.
2. Quality & Finance
a. Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.
b. Manage the project within budget and timeline.
c. Explore opportunities for variation orders to improve profitability of the projects.
d. Manage internal and external stakeholders for highest deliverables.
3. Supervision & execution
a. Ascertain the actual location of building and study details of the lifts/lift hoist -ways/escalators.
b. Liaises with Main Contractor / client on delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
c. Ensures the site structural dimensions correspond with the shop drawings.
d. Monitors progress of construction and plan schedule for installation.
e. Ensure sub-contractors fulfil their work scope within the budget and timeline without compromising safety and quality.
4. People Management -Controls the discipline, morale and performance of subcontractor and installation team.

Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Higher Nitec in an Engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years similar experiences as an Installation Supervisor/Foreman or equivalent preferred. Fresh graduate or less experienced candidates are welcome.
3. Have prior supervisory experiences to manage a team of installers or testers and subcontractors.
4. Have strong technical knowledge of installation works of lifts and escalators products.
5. Have knowledge of ISO procedures.
6. Team player and results-oriented.
