Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure construction aligns with design intent and engineering standards.
Prepare technical submittals, calculations, and method statements to provide detailed documentation for construction compliance and approvals.
Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on technical matters to ensure smooth implementation of designs and resolve conflicts proactively.
Enforce adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulatory codes to reduce rework, maintain safety, and comply with legal requirements.
Plan and execute engineering works efficiently to optimize construction methods and resource utilization for high-quality project delivery.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior to support project objectives and project team effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Engineering, or related field).
Minimum 3 years in engineering or technical roles within construction projects, preferably with site experience.
Technical drawing review and interpretation.
Preparation of submittals, calculations, and method statements.
On-site troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
Knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and quality requirement.
Familiarity with engineering software and construction methods.
