Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Project Engineer to manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise site works (Electrical / ELV / Construction)
- Manage daily site operations, manpower, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, and ensure proper execution
- Prepare method statements (MOS), risk assessments (RA), and work schedules
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance (WSH standards)
- Handle material planning, procurement, and delivery coordination
- Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and handover documents
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh grads welcome)
- Knowledge in ELV systems, electrical works, or construction projects preferred
- Familiar with Singapore regulations (WSH, MOM, BCA) is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and on-site
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in CCTV, access control, cabling, or ACMV projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (SLD, layout, etc.)
- Experience in project coordination and site supervision
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
