Job Description

Working Location: Main - 6 Ang Mo Kio Electronics Park Road / Site - Changi Prison
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:30PM

Job Description

  • Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors and other stakeholders on all site-related matters.
  • Attend regular site coordination meetings (e.g. M&E and architectural coordination meetings) and ad-hoc meetings as required.
  • Ensure all parties are working with the latest approved drawings and documents.
  • Liaise with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) and relevant authorities for inspections.
  • Arrange team members for Site Inspection Checklists (SIC) and ensure all SIC records are accurately completed and properly filed.
  • Maintain proper project documentation, including inspection records, site reports and other technical documents.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
  • Track and report daily site work progress to the Project Manager (PM).
  • Ensure information from client/consultants and main contractor is communicated clearly and promptly to all team members.
  • Identify, track and report any abortive or rework items to the PM.
  • Participate in regular site walks to monitor site conditions, progress and quality.
  • Update drawings to reflect as-built conditions and any changes to installation.
  • Monitor subcontractors work progress to ensure alignment with project schedule and quality requirements.
  • Monitor quantities and availability of materials on site and inform the PM/system engineers/subcontractors when replenishment is required.


Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Systems, or equivalent)
  • Preferably 2-5 years of experience in project execution, site coordination or project engineering in construction, building services or systems integration.
  • Working knowledge of hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with SSPP / Software SSPP, RAMS concepts, and safety deliverables (e.g. SAR, SwSAR)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
