What you'll be doing
- Manage and execute engineering projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting activities
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and other internal teams
- Maintain and update project documentation (plans, schedules, reports)
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are met
- Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively
- Support communication between stakeholders and project teams
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or similar role
- Understanding of project management principles (scheduling, tracking, coordination)
- Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM), GD&T, and secondary processes is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Open to candidates who can start immediately
