Duties:.

1. Liaise with clients for the schedule and work method regarding maintenance activity.

2. Preparing Pre-Documents (Method Statement & Drawing) and post-report (Service report) for the maintenance jobs.

3.Coordinate with subcontractor for the maintenance jobs.

4. Manage and Control sub-contractors and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat. Supervise ongoing site activities closely.

5.Requirements:. Degree In Environmental Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent from Local Singapore recognized University..

6.Able to work independently and eager to learn, team player.. Good interpersonal communication skill
