Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical and electrical works in accordance with project specifications and schedule.
- Manage daily site activities and ensure works are carried out safely and in compliance with approved drawings and standards.
- Monitor project progress, prepare schedules, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings and provide technical support to resolve site issues.
- Ensure quality control, inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical system.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for the project.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
- Will be stationed full-time on-site to manage mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works, and travel between multiple sites when concurrent works occur.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate safety procedures.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and in accordance with standards.
- Ad-hoc assignment.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or equivalent a must
- Certified in WSQ Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant or equivalent
- Min 4-5 years experience with managing work sites for asset renewal or construction projects in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities will be an advantage
- Experienced in site management, scheduling, coordination, and related activities for construction projects.
- Possess good communication skills when liaising with site personnel and owners.
- Engineering Drawing ( AutoCAD 2D, 3D, E-Plan or any )

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12pm
