KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
- Build detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, alongside with the project manager, and other project team members.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify deviations from plans, deriving collectively, the corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Work together with the procurement team to manage the sourcing and delivery of project materials.
- Collaborate with the commissioning team, through on-job-training, for site and technical exposure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned, in accordance with business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Marine Engineering, or related field).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and project coordination.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work in shipyard environments and attend site activities when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
