Job Description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
  • Build detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, alongside with the project manager, and other project team members.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify deviations from plans, deriving collectively, the corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Work together with the procurement team to manage the sourcing and delivery of project materials.
  • Collaborate with the commissioning team, through on-job-training, for site and technical exposure.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned, in accordance with business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Marine Engineering, or related field).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and project coordination.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work in shipyard environments and attend site activities when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
