PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and requirements.

. Prepare project budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.

. Monitor and track project costs to ensure projects remain within budget.

. Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.

. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

. Provide regular project updates on progress, plans, adjustments, and key issues to relevant stakeholders.

. Manage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including assigning tasks and monitoring agreed deliverables.

. Ensure projects are executed in accordance with industry best practices, techniques, and standards.

. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement adjustments or corrective actions where necessary.

. Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

. 1-2 years of relevant project management or engineering experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.

. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Highly resourceful, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

. Ability to complete projects according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
