Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
Min Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.
Min 3 years of relevant working experience M&E Services (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection) in the related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge of M&E specifications & requirements, especially in ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services.
Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
