Project Engineer (M&E)

Role Overview

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and executing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction works while ensuring project progress, quality, safety and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee all M&E activities and issues on site.
• Guide site supervisors to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing M&E works.
• Prepare method statements, progress reports and project documentation.
• Attend meetings with consultants, owners and stakeholders.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E construction projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
