Job Description

To coordinate with Main con and sub-contractor for all site related matters
To attend daily site meeting (M&E and Archi coordination mtg) and any ad-hoc meeting.
To ensure ALL are using the latest revision drawings.
To liaise with RTO for inspection.
To arrange team members for SIC and ensure all SIC records are properly filed
To do proper documentation (filing of inspection records).
To ensure ALL adhere to WSOH and In-house safety rules and regulations
To track daily site work progress and report to PM.
To ensure information from client/consultant and main con are flow to all team members.
To track and report any abortive works to PM.
To attend daily site walk.
To update drawing of any changes to installation.
To monitor sub-contractor progress of work are align to project schedule
To monitor the BQ of material on site and inform PM/ System/ Sub-contractor to make necessary procurement to ensure steadily flow of material on site available for installation.
