Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A Works
To lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
Liaise and hold meetings with clients, Managing Agent & Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered
Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), project & facilities management, building services engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent or equivalent.
Diploma holders with relevant facilities management, M&E experience are also welcome to apply
Good knowledge of M&E coordination
Electrical and ACMV design capability would be an added advantage
Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
