Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site matters and maintain documentation for assigned sites.
- Ensure site work stays on schedule and aligns with contract scope.
- Conduct client training prior to project handover.
- Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
- Provide daily work status reports to management.
- Prepare and submit product catalogues, technical data, shop drawings, method statements, and O&M documents to clients.
- Participate in testing and commissioning with subcontractors, main contractors, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of construction industry experience.
- With a proven track record in project management.
- Knowledge of ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works) is an advantage.
