Lead and manage assigned projects of existing or new customers
Works independently as a contact point with customers, communicate effectively with customers and provide all necessary services during the project phase
Initiates, plans and monitors the project from launch to approval
Lead and rally relevant resources from service, production and project to manage project activities
Responsible for the coordination of activities and functions of projects
Work closely with team members in preparing the specifications and schedules and tracking the status of project status
Liaise with stakeholders including customers, sub-contractors, consultants to ensure requirement are met.
Manage project expenses like materials, logistics and other project expenses etc.
Ensure material availability and handling of the order processing included order new parts.
Review status of projects and budgets manage schedules, prepare and share status reports
Perform proper documentation of project files
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong project management and technical skills
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Familiar with the ISO 45001/ 9001 standards and ensure documentation compliance
