Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution every step of the way.
- Turn drawings and technical specifications into real-world solutions that meet design intent and authority requirements.
- Keep projects moving - monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, and step in with smart solutions whenever challenges arise.
- Craft method statements, work schedules, and proposals that set projects up for success.
- Lead inspections, oversee installations, and resolve on-site issues swiftly and decisively.
- Deliver professional documentation - from as-built drawings to progress reports - for clients and authorities.
- Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Sharp technical expertise in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in construction.
- Analytical, solutions-driven, and detail-oriented - with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A confident communicator who can collaborate across teams, clients, and contractors.
- Bonus points if you've worked on LTA, PUB, or SP Group projects.
