Job Summary
Manage construction projects from site preparation to build-out, ensuring alignment with timelines, specifications, and design plans while maintaining safety, sustainability, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction execution to meet project timelines and specifications from site preparation through build-out
- Align construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems with approved plans and drawings
- Prepare timely construction progress reports addressing contract terms on cost, quality, and schedule
- Document and track action items and follow-ups from project meetings to ensure resolution
- Liaise with clients for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain comprehensive site records
- Drive and enforce safety and sustainability practices throughout construction activities
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and construction crews to facilitate smooth project delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams
- Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
