Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate client project installation, commissioning, and system integration testing.
Provide front-line project support, ensuring timely issue resolution during deployment and post-implementation stages.
Update project status to management and customers regularly, maintaining clear and transparent communication on progress, risks, and milestones.
Escalate technical or operational issues to relevant stakeholders and management promptly to ensure effective resolution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including installation guides, test reports, configuration files, and handover documents.
Perform any other support-related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
