about the role
site-based position where you will oversee the execution of luxury landed residential projects. You will play a key role in managing timelines and delivering projects that meet the expectations of discerning clients through coordination among consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
about the job
- manage day-to-day site activities, conduct walk-throughs, coordinate subcontractors across all trades, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper documentation.
- assist in weekly/monthly work plans, track progress against schedule, coordinate material deliveries, and plan workfronts to avoid downtime.
- inspect workmanship, verify alignment and dimensions, ensure compliance with regulations and manage rectifications for non-conformities.
- enforce PPE usage, monitor high-risk activities, conduct toolbox meetings, report unsafe acts, and stop work when safety conditions are not met.
- liaise with consultants and subcontractors, prepare inspection requests, maintain updated drawings, and manage site records including RFIs, NCRs, and as-built documentation
knowledge and skills
- degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- minimum 3 years of experience in building construction, preferably landed or luxury residential projects.
- strong understanding of local codes, site operations, and authority requirements.
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ability to work independently and manage site coordination effectively
