Job Summary
Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales service support by leading service engineers and technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment efficiently. Coordinate team activities, train staff, and contribute to financial and productivity goals through effective service management.
Responsibilities
- Lead service engineers and technicians to deliver pre- and post-sales service support that meets departmental objectives
- Coordinate and schedule service calls to ensure prompt resolution of equipment issues
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment systematically to minimize operational downtime
- Advise customers on correct equipment usage, maintenance, and corrective actions to improve performance
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance for contractual customers to ensure equipment reliability
- Support project execution and ACMV work as directed by management to meet project goals
- Maintain accurate filing of service, warranty records, and installation base documentation for compliance and reference
- Train and mentor assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues to enhance team capability
- Serve as primary contact for management to provide updates on issue resolution and team coordination
- Recommend equipment upgrades and spare parts to customers to support departmental financial targets
- Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement measures to achieve departmental goals
- Prepare and provide accurate service pricing quotations for repair jobs
- Monitor site work progress to ensure adherence to schedules
- Collaborate closely with design and contract teams to resolve site issues and track progress
- Monitor and review operational costs and manage financial performance of projects
- Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure timely completion of all projects in accordance with plans and deadlines
