The primary function of the job is to work closely with Project team to provide support to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Description
- Work closely with Eaton internal operation team, coordinate with Eaton regional support team or Eaton factory to ensure smooth execution of both PD and PQ project.
- Provide documentation support to project team.
- Oversee, monitor & tracking major project milestone.
- Assist Head Of Department on overall documentation library and documentation tracking.
- Adhoc stand in for site meeting & site work to understand on overall project flows.
- Adhoc handle simple small project.
- To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System
- Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
- Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
- Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
- Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
- Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
- Create a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Good planning, co-ordination and execution skills with eye for details.
- Able to be multi-tasking and communicating with internal staff
- Systematic and process oriental
- Able to speak fluent English. Chinese language will be a plus point
- Good in English writing and reporting
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Prefer to have working experience with engineering firm or project environment
