Contract based- Oct 2025-Oct 2026 (Shift hours)
Woring location- Tuas South
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage boiler retrofit works with a manpower size of 120-150 workers.
- Oversee construction and maintenance activities within an operational waste-to-energy plant.
- Perform maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment.
- Refurbish boiler tubes and replace, commission, and maintain soot blowers.
- Liaise with the client and prepare daily schedules and progress reports.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations and site workforce effectively.
- Any other duties as requested by reporting person.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ofDiploma in Mechanical Engineering + Minimum 10 years experience in waste to energy plant.
- MS project and Auto Cad skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work with construction and maintenance workers on-site.
- Having the following certifications:
- Building construction supervisor safety (BCSS)
- Mange work at height
- Supervisor work in confined space
- Develop a risk management implantation plan (DRIMP)
