Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project Manager in organizing, scheduling, and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as design, production, and procurement to facilitate smooth project execution

• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project outcomes

• Compile, analyze, and deliver regular project progress reports, outlining milestones, accomplishments, and improvement areas

• Take part in quality assurance processes, including audits and compliance checks

• Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to enhance overall project performance

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• Relevant experience in project engineering or a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing environment

• Familiar with project management principles, tools, and techniques, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Flexible and responsive to changes in a fast-moving work environment

• Open to long-term deployment in China
